Never thought about that - so presumably there's no matt lacquer available to protect the paint?

Lol

After they started the cull, I assumed you were hiding in a sett.....

Let's face it, you wouldn't go to a nurse to get good advice on a problem with a Falco - you'd choose an Engineer or a mechanic...

And another vote for stealth matt black...

That's actually a purpose made "ding" it's for removing tyres yourself, it gives you a point of entry for the tyre lever :smt001

Over christmas I've been eating chocolate and playing fallout 3 on the computer. Time well spent.

I don't really understand how the tyre is keeping pressure with that air scoop/ding in place. It's a miracle, I tell you...

Is it your work, or something you found?
It's the V-twin thing. There's just something about it that inline-4s don't have at all, and V-4s don't have enough of.

April is in bits to have repairs to fairings after neighbours lad knocked her over with his van. taking the opportunity to have a full repaint in black with blue pearl. Waiting for blue double bubble screen to arrive, to go with the rest of the new bits.

OK .... Christmas has gone - however the brake pads I fitted today arrived on Christmas Eve.

Therefore the fitting of new pads front and rear have been sneaked into this thread.
The bedding-in procedure on damp roads was approached with some trepidation but passed without drama - those Angel STs really do grip very well.

Well........ Funny enough. When changing the wheel on the front. I noticed the pads were not at their best. So may as well carry on with the pads the thread.
