Thanks for your comments everyone, the last eight years, (and 27k miles), with the Falco have been great, it is still the best bike I have ever owned over 40 odd years, (and probably 20 odd bikes).
The excellent reliability and the current condition after riding it through eight winters are a testament to the build quality of the bike.
I have had this bike longer than any other, but I still look and admire it whenever I walk in the garage and even better I still get a thrill every time I ride it.
It's great to feel that way after 8 years, but the Falco is a very special bike.
