That was for a pillion, I saw a couple of people over there with similar type devices.

I would also think in single wheel types, if it was me.. They exist for pushbikes

And I saw an article in a local magazine, about a fella who had done a semi-diy single wheel trailer for his not-so-new BMW. Will scan and post if I still have it.

I have used a trailer on a GT550 years ago when I was a courier.

I don't remember having any issues with it
You do need an ugly towball on your bike though.

Looking at the GXR trailer, it looks like a glider cockpit :smt017
