I'm not going to guess what I've spent on mine, I couldn't afford the therapy I'd need to get over it

I can only assume that it has an appendix containing the phone numbers of all fast food and doughnut establishments within a 3 mile radius of all police stations .... so I guess it can be handy for our book reviewer to dip into on a regular basis

perhaps if our noted literary critic were to read the handbook then perhaps his recent experience of the law - if an experience can be described as recent when it has dragged out over several years - may well have been shorter....

obviously not as short as Tim but.....
