As most here are aware I share a house with Hanna
Tonight I had negotiated to watch the football
I bought a case of cider and spent a fortune on some tesco "ken hom" cook at home chinky nosh
So I pop the oven on and Hanna is left to load the starters etc
The timer went and off I went to unload the oven and load the plates - open the oven and let the black smoke out.....
Apparently remove ALL packaging means take the film off the top of the plastic wrapping....
Hanna asked me to ascertain the view of you folk.... Should she be embarrassed?
Let's face it, you wouldn't go to a nurse to get good advice on a problem with a Falco - you'd choose an Engineer or a mechanic...

Of course not.

I'm right 98% of the time so why worry about the other 3%?

It sounded like a witch hunt to start with.. however there's no magic involved, just an inability to comprehend basics.
Embarrassed? No.. not in the slightest....

Typical Hanna behaviour isn't it?

Two ways of looking at this.......
1) Male logic.. remove all packaging
2) Female logic... that looks like the film on top of a microwavable meal so Im sure it will be ok maybe

Male logic my arse
Apparently we are notorious for not reading instrutions while girls do....
First line of instructions:
"remove ALL packaging"

......... not sure you'd have noticed the difference.

In spite of the cost of living, it's still popular.

It suggests that Hanna is not used to dealing with plastic food..... which can only be a Good Thing!

Ah, she may not be alone. I'm normally the "read the manual before touching anything" sort. However, one day at the beach I lit the disposable barbecue failing to notice the instructions about removing the cardboard sleeve. I then lay down and closed my eyes while it heated up, and failed to notice the ensuing black smoke that engulfed neighbouring sunbathers. Rather embarrassing. However, I did manage to salvage it and enjoy the burgers!
