I am really tempted to have a beer
and I don't drink and lately I don't even smoke so what do I do for enjoyment?
Well I ride my bike and play footie now to me being left in peace to do them is not too much to ask so we have the highlights of the year so far
Negative work review
broke toes
stuffed back again
dinged car
dropped bike
gearbox fell out of car
fell off bike
dinged other car
got RSI
got vertigo or something like it
effectively got 5k pay cut due to office move
but you know I was rifding along on my rapidly approaching extiction tyres this am genuinely pleased coulod't decide if the bike was running that smooth that it was meant to or I am missing something really bad...
anyhow I continued a pace and thought about how much I had rediscovered the joy of motorcycling for the first time in years since having this bike. The folks the bike itself and it was jsut bang on the money for the ride in to work what a great ride.
scoot forward a few hours I have one very irate other half on the phone enquiring as to why I have 2 yes TWO NIP's arrived in the post on the same day well she's still not happy me I'm flippin delerious worst bit is one of them I would swear I wasn't speeding as it was where I got one la while back that I had to do the speed awareness course for.
so for the first time in a while I coulkd really really do with a stiff drink and a big smoke ... are we allowed to smoke in here?

For the avoidance of doubt and for the benefit of my wife, not everything I may say here will be absolutely true I may on ocassion embellish a little for effect.
That said when it comes to motorbikes, I like to ride side saddle with a nice frock

In spite of the cost of living, it's still popular.

You're not alone.
I had my auto trike rebuilt by the bloke who did such a good job building Gertie - took months and it was sh!te!
Couple of years ago I put gertie into a workshop for a good service and replacement of top gasket. They broke a head bolt, took weeks and weeks to get it sorted, and it became apparent once I had it back they hardly done anything else.
Recently had Gertie modded to make steering easier and add a towbar - steering is fantastic but today I discovered I can't hitch up my trailer cos the numberplate is in the way of the trailer hitch. That's after he had her for 2 months instead of 2 weeks, so I've already missed one rally on her, and will be missing another this weekend.

The tragedy of old age is not that one is old, but that one is young.
