Damn and I thought you were going to say where rally is?

Easy I'm here :)
I'll ask me mate his dad does gearboxes they're close
For the avoidance of doubt and for the benefit of my wife, not everything I may say here will be absolutely true I may on ocassion embellish a little for effect.
That said when it comes to motorbikes, I like to ride side saddle with a nice frock

Shall ask around when I get back to work. I do remember a firm in Coventry called Dave Mac Propshafts used to do this sort of thing.

Most motorcycle problems are caused by the nut that connects the handle bars to the saddle.

Dave Mac does a lot of vintage racing. There's not a lot he's afraid to tackle. Although if the old boy has retired (never know!) they may not be so keen. They should however be able to point you in the right direction. :smt002

Hopefully he never will retire, there are some old boys with amazing skills and knowledge,
There is a guy in Bristol who runs a machine shop called Piston Broke, machines pistons from blanks, turns up cylinder liners, valve guides ect,can identify whatever part you walk in with then tells you parts are not available BUT if he takes 2thou of a Honda CB600 one it will fit
Sadly he is to retire soon with no one to take his place

Facebook friend of mine said
my old boss Roland Hilder in Lychett Matravers - if you can't track him down give me a contact number and I'll forward it on
And I found 01202 625524

Don't know if it's current but worth a try.
