Alad there seems to be a plastic base plate or cover, are you thinking if I remove that I will be able to get access.

No problem with the top set of bolts

3 8mm bolts to remove that plastic splash guard then you can get to the pjnch bolts easily. You just have to ease the brake lines out of the plastic plate.
