Servicing

#1 Post by blinkey501 » Sun Jan 29, 2012 8:13 am

I took the oasis back to padgets yesterday, Clutch slave cylinder seal done...
Definatly better
clutch is sharper!
I decided to service the bike when i came back....
I noticed a lot of furring around the threads of the front plugs but the rears were fine, Its got me thinking that because the front two plugs are not has easy accesable to the rears they might have been skipped when servicing, The gaps were quite large too. And also the standard air filter was the dirtiest one i have ever seen :smt017

The bike will definatly be breathing more easily...

Anyway the service is completed ready for taxing wednesday :smt001

Hopefully give a run out after work saturday :smt003

Pod to see I am not the only one up :smt001
For the avoidance of doubt and for the benefit of my wife, not everything I may say here will be absolutely true I may on ocassion embellish a little for effect.
That said when it comes to motorbikes, I like to ride side saddle with a nice frock

In spite of the cost of living, it's still popular.
