OMG .... the ultimate "cry wolf" deterrent.

We get used to them.
We know they are just pictures
We know they won't hurt us
We ride on over them

.... then one day we come across a real hole ..... ground, sky, ground, sky, ground, sky, blue lights, A&E, months in traction .... if we're lucky ...

I'm sure there has to be some kind of legal repercussion if someone slammed the brakes on, crashed, or rode over a real pot hole thinking it was fake?

I can see the reasoning but WRONG WRONG WRONG. Sure to cause more harm than good, panic braking, rear end shunts, dangerous swerves ect ect ect. The stuff of dreams to an ambulance chasing lawyer !
