Did a 200 mile run to one of my matches on Saturday. I found the Falco really comfortable. Two things though:

a) Fuel light came on at 115miles - i mustn't be riding er properly or something as that's very early.

b) I want to Puig screen - where can i find one of those?

Wait until you give it the beans. :smt003
I have had quite a bit more than that but it was motorway riding, averaging 90MPH
I have had has little has 90 miles to a tank but it was twists and turns and a fistfull in between... Good fun though :smt112

about 120 miles to the fuel light starts to flicker is right

and more chance i think of getting a skidmarx screen....

Let's face it, you wouldn't go to a nurse to get good advice on a problem with a Falco - you'd choose an Engineer or a mechanic...

The 115 was motorway riding at 85mph. I mustn't be cruising at the correct rpm as that's pretty poor for a 42mpg rated bike. I'm sure I'll figure it out in time, there's plenty more long trips to be had as I play all over the south of England.

Nah don't like skidmarx. Had a givi screen on my last bike, the quality of it was amazing compared to the skidmarx db it replaced.

Mine does about 50mpg on motorways at that sort of speed. That was after having it serviced and twiddled with though.

Visit the UK distributor .... you will find they don't list one for the Falco .... but as this page shows. if you get the part from the Puig main website and email them they will obtain it for you:
http://www.motorcycle-exhausts.co.uk/PU ... --581.html

.... and here it is on the official Puig website ....
http://www.puig.tv/tuning-motos/aprilia ... r19-m1183/

This only took a few minutes to find using a very useful thing I've found called "Google" .... though I dare say that other browsers such as duckduckgo may be equally successful .....

I've got a Puig screen fitted to mine, and they are a definite improvement over standard, however I was a little disappointed with the way the screw holes lined up (or didn't, more to the point). Other than that quality is excellent; strong and sturdy.

I ordered (and received) a Puig touring screen for a Falco. It is a unique fitment, after all. It does a great job, but screw hole placement was decidedly imperfect. I've actually got the screen off the bike at present and will be looking to try and engineer a better fit when it goes back on. Having said all that, I wouldn't switch back to the standard screen.

If it's engineering then heat and a hammer usually work.
