In Spain we dont care what time it is, or what day it is for that matter, everyday is the same:)

They could do with some builders here for sure, you should hear of some of the horror stories. I think everybody here is either a builder or an estate agent, depends what day it is:) You would piss yourself at the brickwork if thats what you can call it!!!
