Let's face it, you wouldn't go to a nurse to get good advice on a problem with a Falco - you'd choose an Engineer or a mechanic...

randonsquids reply could be open to interpetation. Was the dwarf in question over the age of consent? Did money change hands ? Was income declared ? Im sure some one else can lower the lowest common denominator further ?
