Great site and worth every penny from anyone and everyone BUT now i've paid up can someone please please please tell me how to get an avatar on the side by my name , been wanting to post something for a long time now but everytime i do it's too big and doesn't work ..........
Got to worth the money hasn't it ???
Just been well and truly f##ked over down here ( singapore ) and am being sent home tomorrow due to the contracters being a bunch of wan###s , 6 weeks work now looks like it's only three which i don't mind as it means i get to see my kids again but what pee's me off is the way these people lie straight to your face

.........top floor and the coal face , we're never meant to mix !! ......

It needs to be 120 pixels by 120 pixels. I upped this sizing a couple of months back as it happens
