I got mine on eBay for £226 in mint condition, but that was a stone-cold bargain. It's worth £250 of anyone's money, and probably £300. I would say it is definitely worth replacing it for a standard shock if you're selling the bike. I'm sure there are people on here who'd take it off you for a suitable sum.
I know if I was still in the market I would. And include a blue spring Sachs as a swap in the deal.

Actually, it was over £100 more than that ..........Aladinsaneuk wrote:Last one on evilbay made 260
The one I recently acquired was less than that - but is highly likely to need a bit of work

Standard MilleR ones can cost £150 to more than £250.

Go for the MilleR Ohlins without remote preload adjuster. Excellent shock and will save £100 - and for most the remote preload adjuster isn't that usefulblinkey501 wrote:£300 is to much for me.

Yes.blinkey501 wrote:Mille eh is that for parts for the better looking bike?bigun wrote:I'd love that shock for my Mille R purely for the extra bling factor (i've already got the standard Ohlins). Send it this way, it'd only be wasted on a Falco anyway

I'm right 98% of the time so why worry about the other 3%?

Ha ha, I must admit my Falco was probably prettier than the Mille but the Mille looks a lot more 'purposeful' and aggressive which i do like.Falcorob wrote:Yes.blinkey501 wrote:Mille eh is that for parts for the better looking bike?bigun wrote:I'd love that shock for my Mille R purely for the extra bling factor (i've already got the standard Ohlins). I must admit i like the mille, has with all aprilias they seem very underated. I bought some bits off a lad who had smashed his falco, he turned up on a caponard which was very nice. I have never seen a futura in the flesh but i would imagine the owners of these bikes would rave on about them too

Neverind when we win the lottery we can just buy one or more of each and compare them ;)
For the avoidance of doubt and for the benefit of my wife, not everything I may say here will be absolutely true I may on ocassion embellish a little for effect.
That said when it comes to motorbikes, I like to ride side saddle with a nice frock

Actually sat on one at DK in Newcastle. Bloody comfy and not as weird looking in the flesh as they are in the pictures. Nearly bought it but ended up with something else from somewhere else when a suitable deal couldn't be done.blinkey501 wrote:I must admit i like the mille, has with all aprilias they seem very underated.
