the rev light is set at your discression howeb=ver the manual makes recommendations according to age / mileage
Left Display:
Settings:
km/h <-> mph: A(5 sec), B, A(5 sec)
Reset service indication: Lap, R(5 sec)
While stationary:
Reset trip counter: R(2 sec)
Show max. speed: B(1 sec)
Reset max. speed: B(1 sec), R(2 sec)
Show avg. spd & 2nd trip: B(1 sec), B(1 sec)
Reset avg. spd & 2nd trip: B(1 sec), B(1 sec), R(1 sec)
Lap Timer:
Enable: Lap, D
Start timer: Lap
Lap time: Lap (display lap time & start new lap)
Display stored times: B, Lap (cycle through up to
40 laps)
Return to lap timer: B
Reset stored lap times: A + Lap(2 sec)
Exit lap timer: Lap + D
Display Test:
Switch on ignition while
pressing A + B
Rev limit indicator:
Set: C, C(hold/press
repeatedly)
Show: C(short)
(Rev limit indicator can only
be set with engine off)
Right Display:
D cycles:
- Temp & Time
- Batt. Voltage
- Clock: Set hours
- Clock: Set minutes
- Temp: Set deg. C/F

For the avoidance of doubt and for the benefit of my wife, not everything I may say here will be absolutely true I may on ocassion embellish a little for effect.
That said when it comes to motorbikes, I like to ride side saddle with a nice frock
