As gandalf is obviously down at the 24 hour hobbit piercing parlour - has anyone seen Tim btw, I suppose I ought to use his credit card and get the beers in
Happy birthday mart
Let's face it, you wouldn't go to a nurse to get good advice on a problem with a Falco - you'd choose an Engineer or a mechanic...

Happy Birthday whoever (Tim? Pete? Mart?) - however old you might be.
I think that given the lack of clarity here, Pete must have been celebrating for a while ........

Thank you all. For the record, I'm now 58.
The bday itself was a bit of a damp(ish) squib, spent saying goodbye to a stomach bug.
Making up for it tonight, though - going, with Gill and Random Squid, to see Motorhead & UKSubs; beer and hot pies should sort things out nicely.
So the tab's running for another evening.

Happy non-birthday then!
The tragedy of old age is not that one is old, but that one is young.

Happy belated

Yes, happy birthday and thanks for the lift.
I seem to be moderately drunk and fairly deaf.

Ditto :)
For the avoidance of doubt and for the benefit of my wife, not everything I may say here will be absolutely true I may on ocassion embellish a little for effect.
That said when it comes to motorbikes, I like to ride side saddle with a nice frock

I survived with only a huge case of hiccups after I got in.
