Sorry to hear Andy, it's the lowest form of attack, you never see it coming, i gott nutted in a nightclub (well it was in Hinckley) and you don't have time to react hope he does get caught and done!!

Get well and don't worry about scaring small kids for the next few weeks!!

Ive never suffered the problem of being headbutted. :smt003 I usually pick on the biggest fekker in an argument which has its advantages.. :smt001

Hope you heal quickly and also hope the twat who did it surfaces and is able to be identified and punished.. although possibly offering him an 8/10 for effort? a clean knockout from a headbut is quite good?

Thank God he wasn't your stature - this is bad enough but a headbutt to the nuts doesn't bear thinking about.

Yeah a good 8/10 for effort - I'd like to think that it would take more than that to take me down. I'm not the smallest of chaps and my reaction time is on the quick side of rapid. No way would he have got a clean punch in without me reacting. His hands were up and waving around so I was probably watching them more and the surprise of the butt ... well I never saw it coming. I'm not a fighter but how embarrassing ...

The fact that there are more and more of these scum bags about is why I never take my helmet and leathers off.

FFS looks like you have grasped the shit end of the stick with both hands.

Lets hope SHE does the right thing and shops him in (but I wouldn't hold your breath (especially with your luck)).

Heres hoping you are back out on the road soon.

Actually I did find out today that when the Mrs came over and saw me out cold with the blood flowing from my head, she thought that I had ceased to be.
I'm guessing she must have been heartbroken ... when I came round

And they wonder why people pass by on the other side!

We see the police regularly being called to a house in our cul de sac, and I'm often in a quandary wondering whether to call them when the shouting starts again - stupid woman keeps taking the bloke back so I don't care about her but there are two young children. But I always take care not to be seen taking an interest just in case of your sort of scenario.

All I can say is - frozen peas!

Sometimes its better to let it go I have to agree. I've been on the other side where I've given a bloke a proper kicking and left him in a heap when I witnessed him hitting his missus. Trouble is, he probably felt inferior when he woke up and ended up giving his lass even more of a hiding. Best to let the authorities do their thing.

That really is a bummer DR, and as you say, the worry is that he will do that again. Anyone who can butt you that quickly and effectively has had plenty of practice already. The sad thing is that folk like you who do the decent thing in these situations are bound to think twice in the future, as I'm sure your brother does. I sincerely hope that things will turn round for you soon.

A friend of mine posted up on Facebook that she hopes he comes up before her ..... she's a magistrate .... :smt003

Not sure there is much chance of him being apprehended though
