Wurth Brake and Chain cleaner

#1 Post by MartDude » Wed Jul 13, 2011 10:42 pm

Has anyone here used this?

Just wondered if there's any possibility of it damaging 'o' or 'x' rings, and the sealed-in lubricant.

I bought a tin of their chain lube after it got a best buy in Ride mag.
It seemed good but the plastic squish in bit snapped off not long after I bought it.
I know one franchised dealer who uses Wurth stuff in the workshop. The guy who serviced the xray sets where I worked used the brake cleaner as a general crap remover. His didn't come in aerosols though.
Where ever I lay my hat.....
