Hi everyone im looking at changing the cans from standard stainless steel ones to those that were fitted on the 04 - 08 rsv millie. They are genuine aprilia ones black body. Im not sure though if they will fit directly onto the standard exhaust system thats on the falcos.
Can anyone shed some light on this?

Not completely certain, but I think the newer Mille pipes are larger diameter than the Falco. Also I doubt the mounting points would line them up correctly.
Don't think it would be too difficult to get a link pipe made up to address both these issues.

pretty certain the answer is no - not without some machining !
and no, the later mille headers willl not fit the falco either!
Let's face it, you wouldn't go to a nurse to get good advice on a problem with a Falco - you'd choose an Engineer or a mechanic...

Yes, the bore of the exhaust pipes are bigger so they won't fit without link pipes that adapt from the Falco size to the RSVR size.
