Falco Clear Rear Lens

#1 Post by Falco9 » Sun May 15, 2011 5:10 pm

In excellent condition but with a few tiny "casting" bubbles (these can't be seen once on the bike..well not unless you look really closely)

I'd call it a "clear" lens as I don't know how "smoked" the smoked ones were.

Uber rare nowadays (so I'm told) so............... £45 posted. Paypent via PayPal gift or BACS please?

I thought these were still a fairly desirable item???????

Please make me an offer if you feel I'm being greedy. I based the price on the original £45 price and the subsequant £50 & £90 sale prices achieved by forum members on fleabay so I thought £40 was a reasonable price for an item no longer available (and it includes post & packaging)

They usually are desirable - but many of us have them

Let's face it, you wouldn't go to a nurse to get good advice on a problem with a Falco - you'd choose an Engineer or a mechanic...

Shut the fark up and buy it....

:)

And yes that is a clear lens - I think it would be awesome on a silver falco.... I did consider this for my spares catalogue but I do have a spare smoked one already

on some coloured bikes i do think they add to the look of the bike - as i said, the silver ones especially

i think for fury's bike it would look good to show off the LED bling...

it's just bad timing as i don't have too much spare cash at the mo, i agree Herb the red looks ok on the red bike but as Pete says it would show off the rear LED cluster better :smt017

They will show just as well when lit with the red lens - possibly better.

TBH in my view the red bikes look better with the red lense.

Agree, the only advantage with the clear one is you would see the amber stip wrapped around the outside red LED bulb, doesn't really show through the red lens, sometime ago i did consider spraying the bike white ('till Griff talked me out of that one) which would be perfect with the clear lens

Lets face it the only one that is really desirable is a dark tinted lens on a BLACK Falco.
