Let's face it, you wouldn't go to a nurse to get good advice on a problem with a Falco - you'd choose an Engineer or a mechanic...

Yeah - good that you managed to sell it - and shame it's gone

Do you still have a bike or are you replacing the Mille with something else?

I knew I had seen this some where

http://apriliaperformance.myfastforum.o ... t3628.html

thats a generation 2 mille on a 53 plate - I thought I had seen some around !

I know there were not many but.... means that my encroaching dementia is not too bad!

Numbers never your strong point :smt017

Private plate

Granted the description suggests it was originally on a 53 .... If so, I'm guessing it was probably a show bike that was registered and sold before they really started importing.

Just to be awkward, thats not a Mille. Mille's finished in 03 and the new shapes are RSVR (normal spec) or RSVR Factory (Ohlins/Oz etc) The very early ones were released late 03 early 04 hence the 53 plates.

Think it gets confused with the RSV Mille R (with Ohlins/Oz etc) like mine which are commonly referred to as the RSVR.
