I only got into Genesis in the later years so prefer the lata stuff, hate his solo material, I'm not a Phil Collins fan...just prefer the Genisis trio, saw them at Leeds Roundhay in the early ninties (Runrig and Lisa Stansfield support...go figure?!!!) and though they were a fantastic live act....hear the Gabriel stuff retrospectively and don't like it but it's one of those things you had to be into at the time...fortunately i'm not that old
....on a similar note did anyone ever come across a group called
Pallas in the 80's?? They were very Gabrielesque/theatrical but never really got anywhere!! Saw them at Coalville and my mate did a bootleg tape with a Sony Walkman....1986 i think?

I know the name, but don't know anything about them. Seem to remember them being French, are they?
Anyone into Horselips?

Had a Citroen Pallas at one time.

In spite of the cost of living, it's still popular.

Maybe that's why I thought they were French?

Is it just me or is this conversation ever so slightly surreal?
