A conversation won't commit you to anything but may well help you to get this part of the accident sorted out.

AT last K.G.M have found me a solicitor.
One year after the tragic incident my case is now moving forward.
Aprilia hit the roof when informed the police were blaming the side stand, and have also got there lawyers involved

Maybe a letter to the local Scottish press may be in order to let the locals know what their Police farce are up to, and MCN - they'd love a story like this. That would at least cover some of your costs so far if published. And have a word with MAG and the BMF, their job is to campaign on behalf of people like you.

Hope things are finally looking positive after all this time.
Intrigued that Aprilia have got involved, but very welcome in this particular case.
Have my fingers crossed for you mate, this really needs a quick resolution now.

Good luck.

Naah. If Aprilia didnt get involved and the Police got away because of the the claim over the sidestand, there'd be a floodgate opened fully for all those who've dropped their bikes as a result of the sidestand problem (that isnt a problem cos Aprilia say it isnt a problem...) to make a claim

As others have said, hope the hassle and pain ends soon.

Yeh Tim, I did say I was intrigued that Aprilia had got involved and much of that intrigue related to what you have said!
Still welcome support in this case though.
