Falco advertised

#1 Post by Dusty » Sun Jul 25, 2010 7:29 pm

Just in case there's anyone on here looking for a Falco, I've advertised mine in the classified section. I love the bike but I can't justify owning two, and my trusty old Triumph does everything so well that I've decided to dip my toe in the market.I know I'll miss the Aprilia but I thought I'd better do something while I've got my sensible head on. This is a great forum, with so many helpful members and a friendly, fun ambience, so I'll miss that too.

Sorry you're moving on from the Falco .... but don't you start thinking of moving on from Ridersite .... it's not just for Falcos you know!
Maybe you and Woodbutcher can get the "I used to have a Falco but now I ride a Triumph" section going ......

As Andy says, sorry the Falco has to go, but you will always be welcome on here, anytime!

By a strange twist of fate, I now only own one bike, and it's the Falco! I was about to place an ad for it on MCN when at the last moment I advertised my beloved Triumph instead. Sold for the asking price this morning to the first caller. So, I'm now going to focus on the Aprilia for a while. I may yet be drawn to a Sprint 1050, Tiger or even a BMW, but probably not till next year. No regrets so far; I do rather like this big V Twin. :smt001

The money you'd spend/loose on a trade in next year, spend it on the Falco this year, you can make these bikes do almost anything you want with a few well chosen mods.
