Well, i could have borrowed yours, but then when the parts time i would need to do an oil change etc.
thought it would be easier this way!

..... as I have 3 of the things you could have bought one of them and the oil could have stayed put - but never mind, you've got it sorted - that's the main thing.

Don't worry Dale - as I said, main thing is that you've got the bits you need.
When you fix up your old oil tank we can take our joint stockpile to greater levels .... wonder if we'll qualify for EU funding
(though it's a while since I've heard of the butter mountain and wine-lake)

haha!
i should be on the road soon, starting to put the bike back together now, done the spark plugs today and changed the rear brake light switch, need to change the oil tank, slap on the rear hugger/change exhausts, and then sort out the rear brake, it doesnt seem to be engaging properly, i think a line is blocked or something.

well, i have taken the tube off the replacemt tank and put it on the bike, finished the service off and started it up for the first time in six weeks. It seems to be running ok and not leaking any oil, just need to sort the rear brake out tomorrow and it will be ready for its MOT on tuesday.
BTW, dont bother starting a falco up without exhausts, it sounds like a tractor!
