Soooo .....

I take it you're after parts 7 (x2), 8 and 10 (maybe 9 too) in this picture

and no7 in this picture (magnetic drain plug)

I've a couple of spare Falco oil tanks (complete) but no spare magnetic drain plug (the one I've got is holding my oil in).

If I were you, I'd talk to whoever you ordered the stuff from, tell them the delay has been too long, you need to get the bike back on the road and you want to cancel your order and be refunded.
If they really won't play ball, then pick up the bits you need elsewhere (like here) and when you do eventually get the parts through, flog either the spares you pick up to tide you over or your own refurbished items.

If no-one has a spare magnetic drain plug then try one of the dealers we've had good experience with - and ideally order one that's in stock.
I've usually found In-Moto and Speedaway to be pretty prompt with spares. The place I'd always go first is Griff at Aprilia Performance - in fact I was talking with him today to get a few bits - should have them before the weekend.
:smt004

If you want one of my oil tanks, drop me a PM and if you're going to be at Newark I'll bring it up with me. Oh, and I won't be offended if you don't want it BTW.

Instead of cancelling the order, just send the bit's back when they arrive for a full refund. The company (if based in the UK) has a legal obligation to give you your money back on return of goods.. They won't however refund P&P cost's.. You'll have to foot that bill. :smt002
Most motorcycle problems are caused by the nut that connects the handle bars to the saddle.

Ah yes - distance selling - should have no problem in cancelling and getting a refund.

Thanks for the offer andy, but knowing my luck i will borrow a tank and the parts will arive the next day!

plus, i now cant get to newark on sunday as i have to work. Oh the joys!

The stuff im waiting for isnt even major or massive. if its sitting in the factory in italy why the hell is it taking so long to ship over here? I could have walked to the factory and back now and collected it myself!

If you'd ordered a shiPload it would have been worth them sending. :smt002

Let's face it, you wouldn't go to a nurse to get good advice on a problem with a Falco - you'd choose an Engineer or a mechanic...
