The Global Motorcycle Report

#1 Post by D-Rider » Wed Jan 13, 2010 1:46 pm

The following advertisement arrived in my email at work today ....
The Global Motorcycle Report examines market conditions across Western Europe, North America as well as key emerging countries such as China and India.

Also considered are the latest developments in technology, along with profiles of 23 OEM's and 17 suppliers.

Published in January 2010, this report is available now in PDF format.
It was all looking rather interesting until I read the next bit:

The report is priced at €1195 or $1755

..... don't think we'll be finding out what that has to say, then !

It'll say Europe is buying enduros, supermotos, Ducati Monsters and early 90's sports tourers except the UK which is buying top of the range sportsbikes and budget middleweight commuters. Americans are buying R1's, GSXR's and Hayabusas to pimp and Harleys to be 'patriotic' on. And that China, India and Vietnam won't be buying Japanese small capacity fourstrokes and scooters because they'll be making their own shitty versions instead for a quarter of the price.

Now, about those 1100 Euros you now owe me...
