Movember

#1 Post by Aladinsaneuk » Sun Nov 01, 2009 10:50 am

http://uk.movember.com/

I am taking part in this - and will post links for my poor grey fuzz as it developes....

my own personal page is http://uk.movember.com/mospace/236111 - and yes I will post a picture later today!

join in if you think the cause is worthwhile....

(and donations are gladly accepted!)

Let's face it, you wouldn't go to a nurse to get good advice on a problem with a Falco - you'd choose an Engineer or a mechanic...

Well I went on the website and I can honestly say that I still have absolutely no idea what this is all about - other than growing a tash - which personally, I've had for even more years than the beard that accompanies it.

.... so from what I can see, this website is just for blokes that previously shaved their faces to look like women and children but now want to catch up with those of us that look like men ....

Ah fair enough .... wasn't really obvious from the website (well not to me anyway)

I see there is a little area down near the bottom of the page that mentions it but I thought that was just a loosely related advert.

The tragedy of old age is not that one is old, but that one is young.

think as i am at risk of prostate cancer, i would fail to fulfill some of the criteria you would likely insist on....
