sorry to your troubles go on, are you sure you've wired it correctly because that would fry your battery,if you have, then it bridging it's self with the ignition off and still turning the starter.but i can't understand why your battery's fried.something as got to be shorting to earth or your regulator, alternater is chucking to much charge in to your battery.

if your useing a battery alternator tester you want to be getting around 12 volts with just your ignition on and holding in the healthy zone for at least 30 secs for your battery, with your engine running you want a reading of 13 and no more than 14 volts for your alternator.

another update, im so impatiant, found a new honda solinoid dont know what amps though, made new conection on relay side fitted it and bike started right up , i done this about 10 times ,
so i thought i would chech my charging systen heres what the reading are

14.2 at idle
Image
13.6 on idle with headlight on
Image
14.1 at dash at idle no headlight on
Image
so i asume the wire mod has been done but not by me
also noticed the derestrictor wire also has been done
Image
all seems well just goto wait till right relay arrives , but i would like to know how long this relay will last as it was cheap if i remember right (long time ago )

My starter solenoid went tits up just before my holiday trip last year so I put the one off my old Gpz 750 on and it did the job fine for months until I bothered my arse to get a replacement.
If the solenoid you put on is genuine Honda it'll be better than the original.
However, if you were riding around with your starter still engaged I doubt that'll last much longer.
