Wow .... the grail hunters will be flocking.

If the planets are aligning, you should park yours next to it - both facing due East.
Dunno what this will do but at least they will be facing the same way ....

Looks very standard that one

..... just noticed where it is ...... many of those attending the Norfolk weekend could drop by and pay homage on the way ....

...how lunatic would I be if I said I was tempted? Am planning on spending about half that to make a pilgrimage home in April. Love the black frame of the later models and the green is rare. And to think, I spent just over £300 recently on the full service for my, tatty 35k mileage ride :smt012

Taz motorcycles have got a green one in too!

I had a sit on a red/black (04 I think) Falco today while I was looking at a new bike for my dad. I couldn't believe how slim it felt but it was sooo nice. Bit like snogging an ex girlfriend, wrong but good! :smt003

Goddammit, I thought my machine was exclusive, and now there's TWO for sale? Hmmph. There may be three for sale shortly.

Not if your world includes the USA and Australia!

Can't believe we currently know the location of the majority of the entire production of green ones!

K1w1boy ... go for it -you know you want to ...you should be able to knock them down a bit.

Hen's Tooth

#9 Post by aspguitars » Tue Sep 01, 2009 7:27 pm

Hi! all not sure if I am missing something here. Is it just the colour that is rare, as the price is not exactly cheap.
I have a 2005 Falco that I bought 6 months ago for £2850 with 7500 miles on it.

Oh yes .... Official colour but literally only a handful made. Do a search on here for the story (search on "oasis green").

Most won't know the rarity - I'm sure the price should be negotiated closer to that of the Bronze and Flamingo Red Falcos.

...salt well and truly in wound: I was the original plucked pigeon with mine. Paid 3k for my blue 02, 25k miles at a dealer. Blind, stupid with cash burning a hole in my pocket.... that's it! No more 'nice falco for sale threads' for me :smt019

Hint:

if you dont want everyone your postcode, make sure your using the correct links!

Thats actually quite naughty how autotrader has it set up, to pass variables through pages using the URL. It is so simple to make it so much safer.

Sorry, my web design mind is coming into play a little here. i just dont want you to give away personal information like that!

..... but that's a Reading post code (my parents are RG7) .... Hornetrider is somewhat further along the M4 ....

Interesting info though Dale

Cheers mate - yeah I am aware of that but somehow when I use autotrader it always defaults to that RG7 postcode.... I actually live in South Wales :smt003
