relax and have a good time

Let's face it, you wouldn't go to a nurse to get good advice on a problem with a Falco - you'd choose an Engineer or a mechanic...

Yep - a bit of "time-out" sounds the thing.
Hope you manage some fun as well as the reflection that will obviously be a part of this time of year for you

Cheers

thanks again for your comments, this was a big step for me but we came back thursday, what cut it short was my daughter ringing me only to tell me that some low life - - -tard had robbed ross's grave of items left and ripped up the grass. one of the the things they took were two solar powered lanterns which cost nothing. it seems every time i try and pick my self up some one smacks me back down as if i'm not allowed.
sorry to keep to keep going on but it helps to vent my anger on these keys.

FFS .... I wish I could get my head round what motivates these people - I just can't comprehend it.

So sorry to hear about this Ian. Hope you can put things back right if that's what you plan to do. At least they can't touch your memories of Ross even if they mess up the physical things you've put in place to help you commemorate him.

Best wishes to you and your family as you deal with this.

Ian, sorry to hear of your grief again... I, like D-R, cannot understand people who would deliberately desicrate a grave! I think it just underlines the moral low the country in now finding itself in. There is no such thing as respect, for the living or the dead. They are probably the same people who beat up old ladies and aged war heros for a few quid.
Keep your chin up Ian, don't let the bastards get to you.
Peter.

No worries about venting it on here - that's what friends are for, even if they are friends you've never met!

Don't let the bastards grind you down!

Or "Nil illigitimus carborundum".. I decided to look on Wikipedia for this.. and it looks like the most correct Latin interpretation might be.. "Noli nothi permittere te terere", which doesn't work quite as well does it.

Anyhow, Ian.. Nil illigitimus carborundum.. or.. Noli nothi permittere te terere.. don't let it get to you mate :smt013 !

I know what sort of shit this can stir up again.
Don't worry about posting here, this lot can be a good substitute (or addition) to trauma counselling. :smt001
