Who's still on stock cans and wants to change?
I'm just wondering who else is in my boat? Being a bit tight on cash of late - (house is about to empty my pockets of about £3k) but still wanting to improve the beast, I've been scouring the 'net for cheap cans - to no avail. A few sets here and there on ebay, but very few & far between and I can't stretch to a new set for £200 upwards either.
I think I have found someone who can do a set of link pipes and carbon cans, so was wondering if it was worth trying to put a price together and maybe enquiring about a group buy - or getting a set and maybe putting anyone else who is interested on to the guy aswell, maybe could wangle us all a discount?
If not, may just get the measurements of the link pipe exits and get some universal cans later on....
Anyway, if anyone might be interested, give us a reply.

I've got some blue flame carbon cans (not for road use stamp on them) that I had removed and the standards put on.
They will be going on Ebay with a low start price (£50), possibly next week if I get my arse in gear.
Nothing wrong with them at all, I'm just not bothered about making the bike louder than it already is

....going the other way I've got some mint standard cans if anyone's interested. I was thinking of keeping them just in case any issues with Mr MOT but having heard how quiet the Fuels were with the baffles I won't have any probs. I haven't been bothered to put them on fleabay yet but my hugger arrived yesterday so I now have a box and some bubble wrap which will fit the cans, so.........
gonna keep my standards for when I sell. I've sutpidly sold my last 2 bikes tieh the cans I spent money and bloody ages finding now, and kicked myself afterwards.
Anything I put on the Falco, will be removed again before selling, to a point.
I did think of buying a cheap 2nd set of cans and bastardising them / coring them and turning into race cans, well, having a mate do it!

Yeah good points - hadn't really thought of the other end of the deal and flogging them separately or using them on the next one....if there is a next one! You're right, thinking when I was looking probably does add if you have the standards and offer the loud ones separately.
Wasn't really thinking of the cash either, TBH was more wardrobe space......when there's 2 of you in a 1 bedroom flat in London you really have to prioritise what stuff you can have, and bike gear already takes a fair percentage
