Do you really feel you need to flush the motor? Personally unless the oil hadn't been changed for a long long time I don't think you'd see or gain any benefit.
All modern oils are full of detergents to keep the engine clean anyway
I'd run her up to temp and do a std oil & filter change, After 5 years of ownership on my last Falco and coming up to nearly 3yrs on the Tuono the filters always come out looking spotlessly clean everytime as does the magnetic plug and oil tank filter

bike has sat for 2 years.. oil there for 2 1/2. just back on road last week. just thinking of cleaning it all out just for peace of mind.
run bike heat up oil add flush 10-15 mins then drain so no drama, will leave too drain for a few hours then new oil and filter in.

That's where this new add to old oil stuff comes in, I would never use the old stuff now, certainly not on a bike engine. I was only mentioning this new stuff, because some car manufacturers seem to like it. As I said earlier wouldn't use it myself, modern oils with detergents clear crap out pretty well, just need to run them until hot, then don't burn your hands on the drain plugs!
As said earlier, F9 was spot on first time!
