Two years now since we welcomed the ARSouls to the site.
Seems to have worked out pretty well for all concerned imho.
Anyhows, I'll get the first round in.

Yep - Operation Cuckoo's Nest has been running well - we've gone a long way to taking over and assimilating those who were here before.
We knew resistance would be futile.
And seriously:
..... Many thanks for making us welcome - things were perilously close to shutting down in Aprilia-land when we lost the funding for the old ARS forum.
I think the move has worked out very well for us all .......

You'dve thought by now they'd realise the error of their ways and buy something Japanese....
Sam this bloody assimilation we planned hasnt worked...
Theirs didnt either.. Eh DR... 'Italian...' 'Bit of character..' 'Nice exhaust note...' 'Not a Ducati...'
So I bought a Vespa.

Yeah - a flaw in our planning - we'd not considered the little folk that couldn't climb on to a proper bike.Kwackerz wrote: 2 years?

Enjoy your step-through - at least it's a Piagio so still in the Aprilia family.

Nothing wrong with Japanese bikes - other than the Falco, every bike I've owned has been a Honda ... still got my old 400/4 awaiting restoration.Da_Ku_Joutei wrote:I'm glad to say I'm a DR convert...... I have a Japanese bike but I'm migrating to an Aprillia as we speak... (If the F%$&ing snow stops) :D

Yeh Sam, I'll drink to that!
It seems to have worked pretty well on both sides, thanks to the work put in on the admin. side etc..
I'll have a pint and one for you, DR and Kwaks.
Cheers,
