Still it's time to make you suffer and see some of our weather, so I dusted off this old thread from March 2007. A number of us met up in Newark, Nottinghamshire, at the Old Barge Pub alongside the River Trent.
The weather was exactly as expected ...................... It rained.

You did say you like to see Falcos in other locations.

we are all envious mate - and please keep them coming

we will keep on with the comments - its a british thing

in the last week I have had some frost, some snow - well sleet! some rain, some torrential rain, some fog, some mist and some sun - for 15 minutes while I was at work....

so, no jealousy then!

I love those pictures you post - stunning scenery ..... just wish I could be riding there too - PLEASE keep posting them (nobody really wants you to stop ... it's just our weird sense of humour that pretends to complain)

Stunning photos and amazing scenery. As all the others have said, our sense of humour is wired up a little different. Nobody in their right mind would not want to see those photos.

If you think that Yanks are lost when it comes to the British sense of humour, you should see how the poor buggers flounder when faced with Aussie humour.
