GSXR stands and different brackets.

Mine does that with the OE stand bracket as I have the pre-load set down low due to my short legs. With the Perky adaptor it leans over a bit too far though (not dangerous or unstable, but looks silly and takes up extra room in the garage as the bike leans so far over). I've given my OE bracket to a local fabricator to bend it over a bit more so it should be somewhere between the two angles when it comes back.

I think you got the gixxer 1000 stand I have had no problems with the 600 stand you could check suzuki part numbers they should be the same I would have thought ???
