I've got a problem with it, I can load all the old games ok but its rejecting my digital discs (Grand Turismo 4 etc)
Can anyone help?

What region is it? Are the discs compatible with the system.. UK PS2 (PAL) and the same discs, not NTSC?

Region 2 (english)?, yes they are compatible as I've been using them the last 2 years.
All my discs are PAL.
I tried a friends disc as well (just in case my was buggered) it was the same

Please do! I have a disc that doesnt read (hence I had the link) but as of yet havent brought my pooter toolkit back from work to attempt a bit of fine tuning.
I'll let you fk yours up first.

TBO It looks a piece of cake to fix, with those very good pictures.
BTW I printed it off.
I'll also take pics as I undertake the work, as the model he uses looks a bit different to mine.
