Not as good as I was hoping, but not bad for rattle cans, masking tape and cardboard. It'll look better with the black light surround and some tasty indicators in the grabrail holes. Obviously I'll give it a clean as well.

this is exactly what I was planning to do
My only worry was - where to get indicators with long enough mounting threads... Congratulations! Really nice.

I'm sure there's some way of getting indicators to fit in there, getting a spacer made up or something.

Ok, I know it's not good manners when you've only just joined a site, but don't you have any style police here that you can send this poor chaps way
Honestly sir, I really don't think it's healthy for me to be seeing pictures of a chap of 'unusual' technique, adapting what to me is a very desirable motorcycle into something, er........................???

Not a bad effort at all Nooj. I thought about doing something similar, but reckoned it would look a bit crap. You've certainly proved me wrong.
I think Tewaker has used the grab handle holes to mount indi's. Not sure tho'
I did like to see the prerequisite sledge lurking in the top left corner of the 2nd photo. Every good garage should have one.
Now what's the deal with the screen?

Sod the good manners - say it how you feel it.
...... and if YellowDuck ever makes it back to this forum don't be afraid to comment profusely on his Falco of poor taste .... the part of his usename that comes before "Duck" is all you need to know about this abomination .....

Noit sure I like the Italian flag stuck there, it makes it look as if the bikes got something missing...................oh I know what it is the front end of the bike!
Yes Jorge would take a horse whip to you if he saw those cans...................JORGE
Anyway lets see the rest of the bike before calling in the men with white coats.

1. They're not high levels
2. It's only dirt, dirt comes off easy enough
3. Errr, can't think of a number three
4. At least it ain't YELLOW!
The front of the bike is still there, but that's going to be a long term project dependant on when the bits come up on e-bay or how much overtime I can get in at work to pay for it. The screen's finished, that was the easy bit, the fairing and lowers will be the challenge. I like a challenge

Oh BTW I'll give you the fact that Aprilia yellow is crap, but have you seen the Ferrari yellow on one, its the mutts, in fact they should all have been painted that colour.

I saw a bright yellow Reliant Robin pickup at South Leverton classic bike meet last night if that's any good.
Fitted with an early Blade motor, not my choice of transport but had to admire the bloke for putting the effort in on something few people would ever want!

Fortunately I did not have a camera with me!

Me n a mate almost put a V8 Rover into a Plastic Pig once. Only reason we didnt was they wanted 1500 quid for the Pig!

Had the Engine ready too.. 50 quid off a scrappy, delivered to my Mate's house.
Gutted. We both reckoned it'd eat any hot hatch at Santa Pod
