I feel I should explain my tendancy to supporting the YFFF claim of being fastest..
This is Trev on his old Falco from around the time when he raced for RiOT Racing (on a Mille..sometimes with a Falco engine..) It didnt hang around in the slightest!
Somewhere Gio laid claim he'd never seen a yellow one... Poor Gio.. He is getting on a bit I guess.... He's seen Trev's yellow Flakko before..

Probably the most famous Yellow one is Ico's "Canarino Feroce" (ferrocious canary).
Ico put more than 100,000 kms on this bike .... before he wrote it off.
There is a write up about Ico's bike on the
Official Aprilia website:
http://www.racingaprilia.com/backstage_ ... sp?id=1727
Ico used to post regularly on AF1 - usually with amazing pictures of rides through the Italian mountains or incredible angles of lean around some racetrack or other. These were interspersed with pictures of innumerable latin lovelies riding pillion or groups of them surrounding him .... Lorenz eat your heart out ....
From what I remember, although he smashed the Falco, Aprilia gave him a great deal on an RSV .... and I think he was trying to patch up Canarino Feroce for the track.
EDIT: Well, would you believe it - posted this up then thought I'd have a quick look at the AF1 site and found that Ico has just posted up a picture of his restored Carino Feroce - now sporting a natty Yellow and Silver colour scheme !

Some smashing bikes there .... but there has to be a market for colour co-ordinated axle stands.
