Dad is the crash artist formerly know as Twizzle.

I'd have thought "mouthy git" would be sufficient to elicit at least one response from every forum member

Cheers for all you welcomes. A good spread of drinks - I tend to mix all those up on a friday night actually!
FK thanks for that link, will check it out and test - these dodgey sensors, reading a lot about this prob?! Not to moan but it's not my week, got a flat as well. Apparantly pirelli diablos are "z-type" rated [what?

] says the man in the aprilia garage I went in yday? Smells like bull, just wanted to sell me new rubber me thinks and confirmed by the old man. Any opinions on z-type?

Youre allegedly not meant to repair Z rated tyres..
Z designating the speed rating of the tyre as rated up to 'fekkin' fast'
Dunno why though.....
I could imagine it on the Yellow ones... maybe...

Thanks Kwackerz. Seems logical - will be square in no time round london anyway so will look a getting a non z type I reckon.
Missed out on some of the threads from yday [i.e. the entire 2nd page, d'oh!!] I'm lanky, but it's true, not as lanky as the old man/mouthy git. Although it's averaging out for you isn't Dad? I mean with shrinking with age and the sideways movement after all those sarnies

Not too close to you, but not too far either (well from your dads house anyway), there's a chappie I used to use who would repair Z rated tyres and I've had it done a number of times with no ill effects (affects? buggered if I know which to use). Kingston Tyres, look them up. I think Colin (grumpy git) is the young bloke (son) took over from his dad (nice bloke). Many other places are likely to do repairs though.
