Well I dunno which you mean by the other forums - but I belong to about 6 and can't keep up with all the posts on most!

THE other forums are the ones on here, I believe you can still see them... the general fluffy sites dont happen anymore .... and I miss them, but I believe there is another site close by that has THAT monopoly :smt001

good to see you're still loyal to RS though :smt003

Noooo, they won't let us attached people that close to the outside world, our little shanty is firmly established deep within the bowels of the camp.

As a side note I have found a nice little route from mine, via Andover to Newbury down the A343 (i think), little bit of A34, A4 to Hungerford and then the good old A338 back home. Just over 50 mile round trip and easily doable in a hour on a summer's evening.

Nod nod I likes the 343 - I also likes the lane from yours through Gt Shoddesden and up to the main road, nice little bop (slightly spoiled by shyte junction at the end)

Found the 343 by accident whilst doing a bit of extra-curricular driving - thought it would be the easiest way to Newbury from Andover in a 7.5T. Proved not to be one of my better ideas but the road was well noted for future reference.

Don't like that shortcut to the Andover road - end up having to hug the verge all the way along due to the kamikaze tranny vans/chavmobiles hurtling towards you in the middle of the road.

Best place for Lardy cake round here is from the Demonbaker (previously Richie of RS and Raptor Chapter RS backwhen) - Marshall's bakery in Pewsey (and now also in Wooton Bassett) which is possibly where the PO got it from.

If I can get to Norfolk I shall try to bring some for you Gio.
