My executive travelling accomodation

#1 Post by Pierre » Sat Apr 26, 2008 10:49 pm

Bought for the princely sum of £50 , I present to you the pikey version of a race motorhome :smt002

open sesameeeeeeeeeeeee

I'd like to thank the people who made this possible, Mr Hankinyong from the caravan showroom, my sister for her spare roof joists, Mr B&Q for his cheap and shit playwood pannels, and lastly my mam and dad for having the pile of shit parked out the back of their posh bungalow :smt003

Only 1 small problem , it won't fit out the carport. You have to take the wheels off and drag it :smt010 *slight technical oversite*

I saw the first pic and thought, that needs a bike door, I scrolled down, low and behold.........

really.....that is what I thought

As for taking the wheels off....can't you let the tyres down instead :smt003

Update !

#8 Post by Pierre » Thu Aug 14, 2008 10:26 am

Havent been able to log in for oooooooh ages , so am spamming the forum before i have to go to work (at 11.30am :smt002 )
Took it to rockingham, 1 bike in van, 1 in caravan. Forgot I had to stop it rolling so thats what the car ramp is screwed through my (free) lamitate floor is.
Pee-d down all night but I was wubberly and warm, unlike the others who slept in the draughty pit garages

Arrived far too early ( 4pm for 8.30am start doh) but they let us in anyway. Just us and the cleaners

Image

For tea we went to supermarket for a crate of fosters and john smiths. Oh and some food to wash it down with and fired up the barby. Still warm at 9pm. (notice my fellow motorhome companion, who parked as far away from my pile of shit as he could)
Image

Really enjoyed the day, not what i was expecting. I was expecting a totally flat infield with a giggle down the banking, but its actually got a few elevation changes and a blind crest aswell.
Mind you, I fucked the pfm iron discs i paid £200 for, how was i supposed to know you had to use certain pads :smt003 I left OEM pads in and they are harder than the disc surface. Discs now look like an old '33 vinyl record ffs

Hmmm maybe this should have been in trackdays, doh. Fear the pikeyvan!
