Hello from Surrey
Hi all,
Just joined this site, have been lurking over at AF1 for a couple of months but have now signed up here as well. This was after a recommendation from a helpful lad over in Walton on Thames who sold me a couple of bits to repair some damage incured on the bike (A 2000 Fire Red Falco)... (Thanks again Syltiz!)
The story was that I got broadsided by a dozy women in Woking, Surrey four hours after picking up my new Falco (Well new to me... ). Have been introduced into the world of modding early it seems! All nearly well now, just a few parts left to fix, thankfully none of them mechanical! Not too much damage done to me either, although I'm awaiting an MRI scan of my wrist...
But that aside the Falco is a great bike and seems easy to work with! Being a bit of a big lad (6'7") it fits well and am begining to bond with the bike! She is a fun bike to ride, just shame about the weather here at the moment!
Any way I have burbled enough for now, abet to say hi to all!

Welcome to the site ToffeeApple
Nice to have you with us.
Bit of a nasty introduction to the Falco, being hit within four hours, hope things get much better and you also get to better weather to get used to it.
Took most of us a while after riding other bikes, in particular Jap IL4s.
The power delivery is pretty addictive once you get used to it though, always there when you want it.

I know the road, must of missed the Falco..Syltiz wrote:Fantastic... thats three of us in about a 7 mile radius. You been down New Zealand Ave (just off the high street) in Walton recently? Saw a Falco coming the other way at night about 1 week ago - it was a darkish colour.Trixyminx wrote:Hello, I am in Molesey.
