Non polluting ???? avoiding fossil fuels ????
How do these imbeciles believe the electricity is made ???
I've always been a fan of things that reduce consumption of resources and reduce pollution - at school my physics A-level project was on solar power, over 20 years ago I was doing research work on electric and hybrid vehicles at Cov Uni (Poly in those days) .... but there is so much SHITE these days that ignores the inefficiencies of power conversion to and from electricity, that ignores the fact that the majority of electricity production consumes fossil fuels and releases pollutants ..... not to mention the politics surrounding the new religion of man-made global-warming !!!
You may have noticed that it pisses me off!
As for the plane itself - very interesting - nice to see people trying other power sources and making them function .... but as for the reporting ....
