I'm getting quite good at this now :smt003

But I was wondering if I delete an image from Photo Bucket that is erm linked to my post on this site - if you get my drift - will it disappear from my post?

Yes the [img] http...etc.. is just a link to the image held on your particular bit of webspace. Our server doesnt download a copy of it or anything like that.
We did have our own album, however it was a 'hack' of the original server software and as such was one of the things that gave rise to the downfall of RS version 3

I was wondering if it'd be possible to use an external hard drive to post all pics from.

I've got a spare 500gig hard drive

If you have it connected to the internet with an HTTP and FTP address..?

It would be easier to create an account on one of the free sites then use that

It hasn't a HTTP or FTP addy yet, but its always powered on (unless we have a power cut)

Also if I wanted it to have a HTTP or FTP addy, what would I need to do?
