It was stock when I got it barring the basic airbox/snip mods.
I never noticed the much discussed flat spot at 4 - 5000 rpm and took to the v twin power delivery like the proverbial duck.

All I have added are Beowulf cans for some extra 'presence' and changed to a 15t sprocket to make it pull better.
I fitted a double bubble screen which I never liked the look of and it's off again now - a new standard shape dark screen is on it's way from Skidmarkx. However I think the bubble screen is marginally more comfortable on long runs

Michelin Pilot Sports on when I got it. Rear lasted about 3500 and was replaced with the same which lasted 3500 funnily enough. Now I am trying Conti Road Attacks which feel superb and I prefer them so far.
I did the sidestand mod almost immediately (VTR version) and promptly forgot all about the sidestand which I guess was the whole point.
So after 1 year and nearly 8000miles ( not one of which was commuting) I absolutely love this bike. There are small niggles of course but I cannot think of a bike that would tick all the boxes I need it to - Torque, Comfort, Economy, Torque, Looks, Sound, er... Torque, Exclusivity etc...
You know you have the right bike when you can wander around the bike park at shows and not see anything that you would rather ride off on.
