Falco service.

Looking for a decent Aprilia dealer to get Falco serviced, NEAR TO TELFORD SHROPSHIRE Before I take her abroad. Most dealers seem to be up north.
If it's not done today , there's always tomorrow.

If Wylie and Holland in Wellington were still operating, that would have been the place. Ron, the chief technician there, was a wizard with the spanners. But the nearest I know is Griff Woolley (Aprilia Performance) in Tamworth. He'll see you right.

Got on ok with wylies staff but would not take another bike there to be serviced, Yes I know Ron was supposed to be good but they screwed my Triumph 1050 speed triple up.

Griff is still very much active and in business. Give him a ring on 01827 285500.

What did W&H do to your Triumph? I only had the best of experiences there, but then it was always Ron that looked after my bikes. I'd very much like to get in contact with him again, but don't know how to.

Hi Mangocrazy, Took Triumph speed trip 1050 there when it was due a big service Told them to give it the works because I was taking it to Spain to watch moto gp, Picked up bike and they told me they had even greased the swinging arm bearings even though they where not on the service schedule. just got back after 2500 mile trip and swinging arm sized up, When I striped it down all they had done was pull the bolt out that held swinging arm in place out and greased that, The bolt goes through a sleeve which is the inner bearing so no grease in bearing, to make matters worse when it sized up it caused a blister on the shock so had to get that rebuilt at revs as well. Total cost about £650 notes. :smt013 p.s was going to grease it myself if they had not told me they had done it.

Hi Brian, if you can that would be great. I'd very much like to chew the fat with Ron and see how he's doing.

What a shame I don't ride anymore as I'd go to Dorking its only 20 miles. :smt012
I hate it when people ask if you have a bathroom, I want to say "No we pee in the garden"
