Makes a complete mockery of the legal process in this country. What sort of message does this send out? (as if we don't know the answer already)

It is a bit crazy. If you're on 12 points, manage to protest a ban and keep your licence, if you commit another offence after it should be an instant ban.

I can understand a bit of discretion here and there but 62 points is a fucking joke.
How much evidence of bad driving do you need ?

For the avoidance of doubt and for the benefit of my wife, not everything I may say here will be absolutely true I may on ocassion embellish a little for effect.
That said when it comes to motorbikes, I like to ride side saddle with a nice frock
