Excellent; we now have the basis for a good chunder-fest.

I spoke to Dawn (Mrs. Campsite) on Sunday - she's looking forward to having us again. She also said The Crown is under new management yet again, is thriving, has re-opened the pool room so there'll be more space, and that they're doing B & B again, for those averse to canvas & sleeping bags.

Same arrangements as previous years. Until I get round to sorting out a fresh thread for this year, details are as in this old thread

Mmmmm 20th-22nd May which is the mother-in-laws Birthday
This would mean I couldn't be around for the card/present giving, usual 'you must have another drink on me' routine down the pub and assorted other BS

I am going to try this year but I'll have to work my magic on the Mrs as she might say why and also the fact we din't show last year :(

Mart, nothing so sophisticated is required, usually only 4 pints of Stella she will forget everything for a while, but then she is good for a fight.........

We will see what gives with her at the time, has said she would come on other rides and gets cold feet at the thought of camping.
I on the other had have been camp for years................

I'm a possible, but I've started as a Cub Scout leader a few months back and we've got a big camping trip arranged the week before. Two weekends away in a row might not allow me a pass out...

1./ Mr (& Mrs) Old Git
2./ Firestarter (possible)
